Getting To Know You

In our initial meeting I will get to know you and understand what your real estate needs are. I hope to learn your expectations and wishes and then use that information to help determine the type and location of property that will fulfill your desires.

Pre-Approval

This is a very important step in the beginning of your home buying search. A pre-approval letter will expedite the process of buying and closing on your dream home. If you do not already have a mortgage lender I will be happy to assist you in finding one.

The Home Search

Together, we will visit homes that meet your specifications. In the event that there is not a property currently available that fulfills your expectations, I will continue the search daily. You will receive updates from me whenever a new listing comes on the market that meets your criteria. I want my clients to have the first purchase opportunities on new listings.

Create & Negotiate the Contract

You've finally found your dream home…now what? I will prepare an offer of purchase on the property you choose. My experience helps me to cover all the small details in the purchase and negotiation process. I will be sure all loose ends are tied tightly and that you get a fair deal in the end.

After the Sale

Feel free to call me with any questions you may have whether it is about your new home or the Houston area. I would be more than happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, and shopping centers, etc. for those of you who do not know the area.
